SIX Tickets Site vs Original SIX Tickets Site

This article explains what is the same and what is different between the two sites we are currently making available during a transition period (what's this?​).

What is not changing

Both sites are operated by the same team under the same direct authority from the creators of SIX The Musical.  This means that SIX Tickets and Original SIX Tickets each provides:
  1. the same choice of tickets
  2. for the same performances
  3. at the same theatre
  4. at the same prices
  5. with no booking, transaction or exchange fees
  6. under the same exchange rules
  7. under the same Attendance Conditions set by the Venue Operator
  8. with the same Exchange E-Card facility
  9. the same customer services
  10. the same option to opt-in to hear only from the creators of SIX; and
  11. all at the same incoming contact details.

What is changing

SIX Tickets:
  1. is intended for all new ticket purchases made after 14th April, 2025
  2. has direct agreements with Venue Operators and fulfils its sales directly
  3. operates a website with no non-essential cookies
  4. has distinct SIX Tickets outgoing contact details such as for confirmation delivery.
Original SIX Tickets:
  1. is only intended to enable the redemption of Exchange E-Cards issued in exchange for prior sales made on Original SIX Tickets
  2. sells tickets and redeems E-Cards for tickets which are fulfilled by Ingresso on behalf of SIX Tickets
  3. operates a website with essential and non-essential cookies
  4. has distinct Ingresso outgoing contact details such as for confirmation delivery.

What does this mean?

For most practical purposes, customers will not experience immediate differences other than visual ones as the most significant changes are in the background to contractual and technical arrangements.  However, transparency requires us to make full information available to customers of both sites during the transition period, which is expected to last a few months during 2025.  The relevant information is:
