INFORMATION ABOUT REPLACEMENT BOOKINGS
You have reached this page because you are no longer planning to attend a performance for which you have one or more bookings.
Bookings are not flexible. However, up to the deadline stated in your confirmation email Theatres will permit us to enable you to make a replacement booking.
Please check the deadline in your confirmation email. If the deadline has passed, you cannot use the information on this page, but please click here for more details, as we may be able to help.
In order to make a replacement booking you must apply for a SIX Exchange E-Card by using the link below. If you apply before the deadline stated in your email, your booking is valid at the time you apply and you meet all other conditions that we have told you about, we will cancel and apply the full value of that booking (including any fees) to a SIX Exchange E-Card. The E-Card will have a Use By Date of 2 months from the date of issue - subject to availability, the value of the E-Card can be redeemed at checkout towards a new booking for any performance on sale at the time; however, the redemption booking must be made by the Use By Date stated on your E-Card. Please note that SIX Exchange E-Cards can only be issued to replace a whole booking and not a partial booking. We cannot offer flexibility for partial bookings. For information on partial bookings please click here.
ABOUT THE EXCHANGE PROCESS
Exchange E-Cards were created to support customers unexpectedly finding themselves unable to attend performance for reasons such as illness and are intended to enable a postponement to a future date when the issue has passed.
E-Cards take a few days to issue following a confirmed request and there is no guarantee that any specific seats/performances/prices available at the time of the request or when you originally purchased your tickets will be available at the time of E-Card issue/when you rebook. Whilst they can be redeemed for any performance subject to availability, they are not primarily intended to offer short term flexibility for busy performances and you should consider this before applying if you are intending to redeem the E-Card for a performance which takes place within a few days and/or is heavily sold at the time of application.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A SIX EXCHANGE E-CARD
To apply for a SIX Exchange E-Card please fill out the form below. Before you click on the form, please make sure you have your confirmation email as you will need it for the details of your booking.
KEY FEATURES OF A SIX EXCHANGE E-CARD
- contains the full value of your cancelled booking including any fees
- can be used to rebook at any time you choose after receipt, right up until the expiry date
- valid for all SIX The Musical West End performances sold on tickets.sixthemusical.com (subject to availability at the time you choose to book)
- can be topped up at checkout with a credit or debit card if your new booking costs more than your original booking
- retains the balance and can be used again for a future booking prior to expiry if your new booking costs less than the card balance
- will have a Use By Date of 2 months from the date of issue
- SIX Exchange E-Card terms and conditions replace the terms and conditions of your original booking
