I want to redeem a SIX Exchange E-Card

SIX Exchange E-Cards have been issued to certain customers to enable them to apply the value of a booking to a future SIX The Musical West End performance sold via SIX Tickets.

Some E-Cards have been issued on SIX Tickets (book.six-tickets.com) and their Voucher Codes consist of 8 characters, for example 5UE474HY, and other E-Card have been issued on Original SIX Tickets (tickets.sixthemusical.com) and their Redemption Codes consist of 16 characters, for example QENPS8MVLYRYETF5. Depending on what your Code looks like, use the below guidance accordingly.

If your E-Card was issued on book.six-tickets.com, and your Voucher Code consists of a string of 8 characters (letters and numbers), for example 5UE474HY, use this guidance:

To redeem a SIX Exchange E-Card issued on book.six-tickets.com please select a production, performance and seats you wish to purchase in the usual way and go to checkout.

On the checkout page, after you enter your details, find the below section:

  1. Click on the  button to open up the redemption field, and type in or paste the E-Card Voucher Code into the "Enter your Voucher Code" field, then click CONFIRM & PAY. The value of the E-Card will be applied as a payment to the booking.
  1. The value of several SIX Exchange E-Cards can be applied to a booking. To apply the value of several Exchange E-Cards to one booking, please repeat the above guidance for each E-Card Voucher Code.
  1. If the new booking has a lower value than the remaining balance on the E-Card, any difference will be retained on the E-Card and can be applied to a further booking for which E-Card redemption is available.
  1. If the new booking has a higher value than the remaining balance on the E-Card, any difference can be topped up using a credit or debit card at checkout.

If your E-Card was issued on tickets.sixthemusical.com, and your Redemption Code consists of a string of 16 characters (letters and numbers), for example QENPS8MVLYRYETF5, use this guidance:

To redeem a SIX Exchange E-Card issued on tickets.sixthemusical.com please select a production, performance and seats you wish to purchase in the usual way and go to checkout.

On the checkout page, after you enter your details, find the below section:

  1. Click on the  button to open up the redemption field, type in or paste the E-Card Redemption Code into the "SIX Exchange E-Card Redemption Code" field. The value of the E-Card will be applied as a discount to the booking.
  1. The value of only one SIX Exchange E-Card can be applied to a booking. To apply the value of several Exchange E-Cards it is necessary to make a separate booking for each.
  1. If the new booking has a lower value than the remaining balance on the E-Card, any difference will be retained on the E-Card and can be applied to a further booking for which E-Card redemption is available.
  1. If the new booking has a higher value than the remaining balance on the E-Card, any difference can be topped up using a credit or debit card at checkout.
